Stored this dryer for 1 year, everything was wroking. Having a problem with power to belt motor.

I have 50 wood frames that I need to move out. Most need to be cleaned but appear to be usable. Mesh count is 110 on most as well.
I have a working Harco 2411 dryer that is in full working order.
