Merch Monster is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work with new and existing customers to understand their needs, provide knowledgable product recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns. Strong candidates will have demonstrated experience in a consultative selling environment, outstanding communication skills, and a dedication to providing the highest level of customer service possible.
What This Role Entails
- Be knowledgable about the product and services sold by the company
- Respond to inbound customer requests via email and phone
- Write quotes using online quoting tool
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce
- Follow up on customer leads and opportunities
- Collect payments via cash, check, credit card, PayPal, bank transfer
Desired Skills & Experience
- 1-3 Years of experience in a customer service role
- Proven dedication to providing the highest level of customer service possible
- Ability to resolve customer issues, questions and concerns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce
- College degree from four year university
- Previous experience in the printing or fashion fashion industry a plus but not required
- Applicant must be able to pass a federal and state criminal background check.
Salary and Benefits
