The printer was professionally serviced in March 2025 and received the following OEM repairs and maintenance:

New Carriage (CR) Unit
New Print Head
New Pump Cap
New Duct

In addition, the technician:

Performed Uni-D Calibration
Performed Bi-D Calibration
Updated the printer firmware

Following service, the machine was tested, verified to be operating properly, and then immediately placed into Epson Storage Mode to preserve the new print head and maintain optimal condition.

Ownership History:

This equipment was purchased new from Grimco in January 2022. We simply did not have enough DTG production volume to justify keeping the machine in regular use. Rather than risk issues associated with infrequent operation, we chose to have the printer professionally serviced and then place it into storage mode after testing.

Because the printer is currently in storage mode, I cannot verify the current print count without removing it from storage. For serious buyers, I am happy to take the machine out of storage mode and provide video documentation showing operation, nozzle checks, and print quality.
