Merch Monster is on the lookout for an experienced screen printer to join our growing business. We take pride in the quality of our work and providing excellent customer service, at competitive prices. Currently we have 7 people on staff operating one automatic press and two manual presses.
What You'll Do:
* Operate automatic and manual screen printing press, conveyor dryer and flash dryer
* Register screens for multi color jobs quickly and efficiently
* Knowledge of proper mesh count and application
* Knowledge of ink additives
* Experience printing on cotton, polyester, blends and fleece fabrics
* Experience with plastisol and discharge water based inks
Additionally the following skills and traits are desired
* Previous experience in the custom apparel industry
* Demonstrated attention to detail and quality
* Previous experience in a high-volume screen printing production environment
* Works well in a team environment
* On time and punctual
* Able to function independently
* Able to problem solve
