2019 14-16 Challenger 3 110 model 7.7m impressions with or w/o DS4000. $45,000 w/o DS4000, $75,000 with DS4000
The DS4000's are also available individually at the cost of $30,000. These DS4000's were installed with the above presses at their initial install. The DS4000's were maintained by M&R for their entire life cycle. We have a video of each DS4000 printing and had each inspected during decommissioning. The tech who decommissioned them is available to communicate with about their condition if you would like.
Removal cost on each DS4000 is $5,000. This includes professional decommissioning and skidding for shipment.
Disassembly and skidding of the presses are included in their price.
The prices listed above are for the machines off the production floor. They have a dedicated maintenance team at their prior facility and are in good shape. We will include any and all parts to the presses for them to Perform 100% as Designed at Install. If you would like them to come back to our facility first then the price would go up by $14,000. That price increase reflects the additional transit costs and covers our reconditioning of the machine. That Reconditioning will entail Full Cleaning of the Press, complete functionality reconditioning here at our facility, the inclusion of an M&R Quartz Flash, and a 90 Day Parts Exchange Warranty on the press. Again the disassembly and skidding of the press after our reconditioning is included in the price.
