Jun 15, 2026 This is an industrial-grade Geo Knight Maxi Press Air Automatic Twin large-format heat press (32" x 42" platen size). Retailing for over $16,000 new, this is an absolute powerhouse designed for high-volume, massive-scale sublimation, apparel decoration, and textile transfer.
Please read the condition notes carefully. This press has been a reliable, heavy-production workhorse, but it has seen significant use and is being sold AS-IS. It is completely functional at its core, but it currently has some mechanical wear and control quirks that a new owner will want to address for optimal, smooth operation. This is an incredible opportunity for a commercial shop owner who is handy and wants a top-tier machine at a fraction of the retail price. It is currently in storage.
Condition Notes & Known Quirks:
Twin Shuttle Mechanism: The machine is fully functional, but the shuttle system has been heavily used and is currently worn down. It works fine for light use, but will need a replacement for production use.
Digital Controls: The Digital Knight temperature and timer control board works, but the right side buttons are finicky to operate. It may eventually require a single replacement keypad membrane.
The "Bones": The heavy steel frame, two massive 32"x42" platens, and 10-ton dual air-bag lift mechanism are intact and represent the indestructible core that Geo Knight is famous for.
Power Requirements & Testing Limitations (PLEASE READ):
This machine is currently stored safely in a residential garage. Because of its massive industrial scale, it cannot be powered on or tested on-site.
To operate, this specific model requires:
Electrical: 208V-230V Single Phase, 9000 Watts on a dedicated 50 Amp breaker.
Pneumatic: An external air compressor (minimum 20-gallon tank) capable of delivering 4 CFM at 100 PSI.
It works great, but because we do not have this commercial-grade power or air hookup available in the garage, we cannot demonstrate the machine under power. Therefore, it is strictly being sold AS-IS, where-is, with no returns.
Shipping & Logistics:
Local Pickup ONLY: This machine is exceptionally heavy and requires specialized moving equipment. Free local pickup is available in Chattanooga.
Loading: The buyer is 100% responsible for all rigging, loading, and transportation. You will need a heavy-duty pallet jack, a flatbed or box truck with a heavy-capacity liftgate, and sufficient manpower to move it safely out of the garage. A Rollback Truck is ideal. There is no loading dock.
