Fortunately our in-house maintenance guy is a genious in keeping these machines up and running. We actually do not discuss mechanical problems much with Kornit because our guy knows way more about these machines.
These machines are still in use in our production today. No need to worry if it has been sitting so long the heads and other parts are not working.
