We are looking for an Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator
- You may apply for Part Time, Full Time, Contractor
- $12.00/Hour Plus Bonus Commission (if you are experienced & efficient we can negotiate)
- Looking to hire for long term.
- We have Brother Industrial BES single head machines.
- Must be reliable and available to come to work.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities for this position are as follows:
-Read work orders and complete the job from A-Z.
-Setup files on the computer and transfer to the embroidery machines.
-Prep machines for each production run: hooping, embroidery thread color, placement, logo file
-Clean, trim embroidery production to quality standards
-Maintain clean machines, storage area, work floor, production supplies and shipping area
-Perform required maintenance of machines
- Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
- Ability to Effectively Communicate Professionally with others
- Proficient in English, both written & verbal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Embroidery Operator (Industrial Machines)
2. Applique/Tackle Twill experience is a must. Must know how to set up the file and operate the machine.
3. Highly organized and detail oriented.
4. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds
5. Must have excellent attendance, be professional and dependable
6. Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screen
