Growing screen printing/embroidery company seeking experienced Silk Screen Printing Manager/Partner to join our management team. Excellent long term growth potential.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 10 years hands on experience in screen print and/or embroidery
- Ability to provide customer service and manage and maintain orders throughout the entire ordering process from providing quote to approving artwork to quality control
- Thorough knowledge of imprinted sportswear industry including artwork/color separations/4 Color Process/Film Output (photoshop, illustrator, corel draw)
Experience in the following is a plus but not required:
- Sales and Marketing
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Graphic design: fliers, brochures, ads, etc.
Other qualifications and requirements:
- Positive attitude, flexibility, enthusiasm and a desire to learn
- Thrive in a fast paced environment and work with different departments
- Ability to take creative direction and also work independently
- Organizational skills, attentive to detail and consistency
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
