Production supervisor and press operator

Excellent opportunity for a candidate with 5+ years experience overseeing 4-5 M&R presses, troubleshooting press and print issues, training new staff members, must possess strong leadership skills and able to increase print production with small percentage of spoilage. This candidate must know all aspects of the screen printing process and be proactive in Team Building. We are located in central Illinois.
