Screen print and Embroidery business for sales

I need to retire soon. My daughter and I have been running this small business. This is an entire screen print, embroidery and heat press business. We have it everything to do this business. This is a good business for a couple
We have not pursued much advertising in the last few year so the business has decreased here. If you are familiar with advertising, just social media really, this can be a thriving business again. Just needs some attention. We have two embroidery machines, both Tajima, one six head and one four head. We have one Hopkins 6 color, four station manual printer and one four color four station Hopkins printers. There is all the ink, the thread, the squeegees, platens for the printer, a screen room with without and a light exposure table as well as storage for the screens and a washout area.
The rent in this building (we have been here for 35 years is $980. The space is 3500 sq feet. We have computers, printers, vinyl cutter and three heat press machines. We do a lot of screen print transfers now and they work well for us. Yakima is about 100,000 people now, and this business is on the main street in town on the corner. Very visible.
We have been running short hours, 10-5 and only four days a week. This shop should be open five days a week from maybe 8-5. Get more customers that way. Anyway, I am looking for someone to come in and take over. We will train.
