Position Summary:
This position would be responsible for printing products with good quality and meet estimated times on automated and manual printers. Other duties may include: screen burning/art set up, screen reclaim, ink mixing, water-based and plastisol printing, and dryer operation and inspection. Perform variety of other duties for the screenprint process. Will work under the direction of department lead, supervisor or manager. Some training will be necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Stay organized and on task at all times
• Print products/garments with accurate placement
• Setup all jobs, basic and complex, on both automated and manual printers; must meet estimated times
• Inspect product for quality
• Print samples for press checks with artists
• Keep accurate counts
• Apply hangtags on certain garments
• Assist other positions with screen printing process
• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Basic:
• Minimum three (3) months related experience.
Preferred:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Physical Demands
Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity. While performing duties of this job, employee will regularly stand, walk, stoop, kneel, pull/push, twist and crouch. Employee may lift, lower, carry product up to a maximum of 40 pounds by hand. Must be able to read, hear verbal instructions and write identifying information.
Work Environment
Work in an operations environment. While performing the duties of this job the employee may have occasional exposure to hot material (spot dryers) and respiratory (solvents). Using proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
