allgoods,llc is seeking a Screen Print Supervisor that possess 3+ years supervisory experience working with waterbase discharge as well as plastisol ink in a fast paced high volume environment.
5+ years experience with M&R auto and manual equipment
Must possess positive attitude and be able to multi-task
Qualities we are looking for in a Screen Print Production Supervisor
• Ability to supervise apparel screen print operators
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to ensure all orders are printed and shipped on time
• Time management and organizational skills
• Mentoring and training new employees
• Must have experience in setting up, operating and troubleshooting M&R presses
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Highly focused on producing quality screen printed apparel
• Adaptable to dynamic work environment
Knowing all phases of screen printing from art through delivery of product is a plus
