Candidate will have experience on automatic presses. We’re looking for someone who is able to take a job from the screen room through production. They will be well organized, and able to run a clean and efficient shop. They must be dependable, pay attention to detail, take pride in their work, and able to manage their time effectively.
A TEAM player is a must. The candidate must be able to work well with others, conform to our process, and be open to new ideas.
Additional Duties Required as Needed:
• Screen reclaiming, coating, and burning
• Inventory management, including counting in stock, catching, etc.
• Troubleshoot setup issues
• Spot check production for quality control
• Maintain a daily on time production schedule
• Perform duties and follow directions as requested by shop supervisor
