We are an innovative screen-printing company that is quickly growing. We operate 3 automatic presses with 10-15 employees in the production area. We are looking to hire a manager to work on and oversee all our printing activities. You need to have 5+ years of experience running both automatic screen printing presses as well as manual presses. You need to have great organizational skills, be able to manage a small team of 2-3 printers and 10 other various production employees. You need to be able to work efficiently without formal supervision, and solve problems as they arise .
