I just purchased a Tajima TMFX C1202 from a fellow printer/embroider in my town, knowing that it was broken, I still bought it. I couldn't pass on this deal he gave me as they are pretty pricey. When I first saw this machine it was working and I offered to buy it from him then, because he bought 2 new machines. But a month after I came un to buy some supplies, I noticed he had it for sale thousands cheaper than he originally tried to sell it to me for. He told me it was an X/Y driver control card issue and i didnt care because i got it at a phenomenal price! So i took it to my shop and just to trouble shoot it as soon. As I turned it on it sounds like its grinding. I have no idea what it is but someone told me it may not be the card and could just be a bind somewhere? It's the hoop that's having the bad grinding sound and will not home itself. Any ideas?
