****UPDATE****
I just had the machine serviced and now everything works perfectly. I have a 2015 1501C SWF embroidery machine. I just had the machine serviced today March 19, 2024. The machine works perfect. It comes with 2 hat attachments, The hatch attachment fixture, all of the hoops that comes with the machine as well as 1 mighty hoop. The machine is portable and on a stand with wheels. It does have 2 USB ports, and a serial port. I am a home based business and have not used this machine that much. The machine does come apart from the stand so moving this won't be hard to do at all.
