Cermark on tile with laser engraving

I just started using the Cermark on tile with laser engraving. We are having trouble with the airbrush clogging up and were wondering if anybody else had the same problem and possibly a solution.

I use a similar product from Thermark and use an airbrush to apply it. The directions call for using denatured alcohol to dilute the mixture until it sprays an even coat. I added an eighth of a teaspoon to the paste and kept adding and shaking the mixture until it sprayed in an even coat. I added the alcohol 3 times. I do know that it does depend on the airbrush and the consistency of the original paste so some experimenting is a must. There is a process to reclaim the unused marking solution, that I saw on another forum. PM me and I’ll see if I can find it and will refer you to the site.
