Default Bottle Screen Printing

I am trying to get into the bottle and glass screen printing business and was hoping someone on here could point me to some equipment that would work for my application? Or if you have something send it my way. Thanks

Chinese machines. What's your budget. There are good machines that can do 3,600 or so an hour. Do you want to label print or 360 degree wrap? How much space and budget? OMSO from Italy, I print on two of them, but you won't get much change out of four mil. Big coin.
Chinese options are good, depending on size of bottle, speed, colours you want to print, there are also Taiwanese, Vietnamese, Thailand, Japanese, and European options. I print for the wine industry.

http://www.technical.com.hk/products...sid=36&pid=289

That is one of the best ones. From memory it is around US $4000. That is Chineese manufacturer but lot of western supplies use their machine with different badges.
In USA it is sold under name

You can contact them as well, but I think that you will pay maybe double.

One more that is good is

www.winonusa.com

It also Made in China and they are second best.

Both of them are using SMC or Festo pneumatic and Panasonic eletronic

Adam, he would be better with automatic with glass ink, they spit out one every three to ten seconds, trippers, self load etc, multiple print rego etc, and the operator tops up ink and repacks them to cartons while it prints on auto. It's a low cost print, and needs to be automated rather than manual load unload etc, they a bulky, every few minutes you would be stopping to load more cartons and pack and stack away and only printing a quarter of the time or have to have a helper while running. Cheaper to spend thirty to fifty on a machine that's more commercial.

Smile Re: Bottle Screen Printing

depends on your budget, like semi-automatic bottle screen printing, about 1000pcs bottle per hour, for one colour, no more than usd2000, if you are interested, you could email me for picture and details.

Printermaker.com their machines are also on YouTube. Commercial machines, cheap, and good. If you are worried about importation then get spidermachines to bring in for you.
