**About Us**:
Located out out in the country on a small beautiful 20 acre tree farm in Old Town, Dixie County, Florida, our screen printing company operates from a 1600 sq ft new building fully equipped with a fairly new M&R Diamondback Series Auto press with up to 9 printheads and in 8 and 10-station configurations with less than 80,000 impressions, M&R Quartz Flash, M&R Fusion Conveyor Dryer, VASTEX V-2000HD 6 color manual press, new air compressor and new Polar air dryer by Eaton compressor. We have an Exposure unit, Tri-loc, washout booth, dunk tank, ink, supplies and more.

While we are committed to quality and innovation, our main focus now is finding the right partner to lead and grow the business, as our attention is also dedicated to running a world-renowned circus called Hellzapoppin. My circus is signed to a big rock-n-roll booking agency, we started our screen printing business (Hellzapoppintradingco.com) with the hopes of printing T-shirts for some of their famous rock bands. The problem, we tour a lot with our circus and we are not experienced screen printers and being that we live out in the country we can't seem to find any experienced screen printers in our area. Before we consider selling, we are trying other options such as taking on a partner with experience of running a business and experience running auto presses, etc.

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Screen Printing Partner who might have their own accounts and would like to merge with our business. This isn't a salaried position – your compensation is directly tied to what you bring to the table. You will have the freedom to run the business and the opportunity to reap the rewards of its success.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of daily operations, production, ordering, shipping/receiving and quality control.
- Leverage existing client relationships and build new ones to grow the business.
- Collaborate on strategic decisions and business development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product quality.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in screen printing with existing client accounts (minimum of 3 years preferred).
- Ability to lead, grow, and manage a business autonomously.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and drive.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
