Established in 1989, this Company produces and sells embroidered and screen printed apparel and promotional items, plus signs, banners and vehicle graphics. Sales are approximately 52% screen-printing, 42% embroidery and 6% signs/graphics. Production is done in house by trained staff, using automated and manual equipment.

The customer base is a mix of small and large businesses across many industries, schools, sports teams, government, non-profits and some individual/retail. Management estimates 70% business clients, 20% schools and 10% other. The customer base is primarily local (Sonoma County). In 2008 the firm’s top 9 customers combined represented only 19% of sales—low concentration represents lower risk.

The firm has 12 employees—most long-term, 9 full time and 3 part time. It has a capable artist on staff to design logos and graphics and one manager. It has no ‘outside’ salesperson.
