Default Epson 4880 needs work!

State/Province: California
City: Northern Ca
Looking to sale my used epson 4880. Bought new about 3 years ago and used daily. BUT I'm pretty sure the printhead will need to be replaced. I have done everything that I can do to it and still my heads are clogged so keep this in mind if you would like to purchase this.

I have seen printheads for about $550

I have 8 refillable cartridges that will go with the machine.

I am hoping to get around $600 dollars for this...BUT I am willing to take the best offer that comes our way......the only stipulation is that you WILL need to pick this up....I WILL NOT ship......this may change later if I don't receive any interest in it locally...but I will let the post sit for a little bit first.

$600/BEST OFFER

Jon

Good question...and I have no idea. We ran an all black ink system through this and progressively it got worse and worse.

What I have done with it in the last week was to flush the entire system with cleaning solution and then try to just run cleaning solution in the last 7 cartridges and run my black in the first...This was through accurip...still no good.

This morning I took the head out and performed the waterfall cleaning...YOUTUBE. and I never got it to look like they did online...so I'm assuming the head is shot... Put it all back together and ran my nozzle check and it still was telling me that the it was clogged....I'm not going to mess with it any longer.
