Help with tajima tmfxc1204

Hi everybody, I need your help!! the presser foot on head number 1 is always down, I changed the reciprocator but still the same, can anybody tell me what can it be? thanks in advance!!!

check jump motor and the lever on jump motor shaft(inside arm).
if the machine work and you press the stop button,the motor must turn a little and the lever inside arm must move the reciprocator to right.

SIR; Please check the jump solonoid for backside motor for head replace the jump solonoid motor & check the jump solonoid in connection in head pc card.
