and look at their professional series line of printers. They have printers there that can print all kinds of sizes.
We use the Epson 4880 and we can print 24" wide by up to 50 feet long. You can buy vellum in rolls for your printer.

The A2 Epsons are a lot better than the smaller ones, they use a roll and the registration is an order of magnitude better.
