i know the problem is he doesnt know the sizes i think hes gettin fired lol. He hit the hoop a few more times he just doesnt comprehend.

I just joined today and saw you message. WE just had that happen in our shop the other day and it is a Gawd awful sound - kinda like a car slamming into something. The problem here was operator failure - that is to say failure to notice that the machine was not on the mark.

We have either a sew out or a print out to actual size to show the design. The design sheet has the dimensions and we also note with a yellow high lighter when a design needs to be sewn in a larger hoop.

Reading is a very critical skill in production. --good luck
