I believe it is 1994. We are the original owners and have a small shop, it hasn't been used excessively.

I was in this print shop a month or two ago. The Javelin listed here is in great condition, not used much or abused. They were also so selling a really nice building that had been the print shop for a long time. The building is on the main road thru town, great frontage. It is a great deal for a person wanting to relocate to Western North Carolina. I do not know if the property is still for sale.
