Frankly, cheap price doesn't always mean low quality but price like the one that LNorton said has to be high quality.
What I'm trying to say is that every digitizers set their own standard, and as for me, $3/1000 stitches is a reasonable price for international market since I charge far less than that for my local customers. I set good quality for my local customers and excellent quality for my international customers (since the price is higher).
It's just like, for Americans $1 is small money, but for us here you can get a nice lunch with that $1.
But anyway, it's a matter of how you value your design and experience on doing your jobs, which is why price war can be very upsetting when some digitizers set the lowest price that they can offer and make all other digitizers undervalue their own designs.
