Raypaul Cureair not holding temp

we have a 1996 Raypaul Cureair - 72" wide. the dryer wont hold temperature with both automatics running.

we keep the temperature set at 375 f. when both presses are running, the temp will slowly drop - we stop the presses at 350 f and drop the belt, and then about 10-15 minutes later its back up to 375 f.

the seals between the chambers have been replaced, the regulator is reading a bit over 6" wc

anybody out there experience this? how did you fix?

i cant trade the raypaul in - its like family. im sure its something simple but im hoping that someone might have had the same problem and know what the solution might be.
