I 've also heard good things about Barudan. Have you tried the Barudan user's group?

Hi Dan,
I have a Barudan 1501. Cant fault it. Really good , robust machine.
I chose it because my support and help where only half hours drive away. Never had a question or problem with the machine. Only questions I have had is software (Digitising) related. All this help came from the machine seller.
If the support and backup from your seller is good then you shouldnt go wrong.
Earl

Barudan machines are quite reliable.
All the machines are about the same. Some maybe faster than others.
But it's crucial to have good embroidery digitizing files to run on your machine.
That really makes a difference even if you have a not-so-good machine.

Should you need any good digitizing services, you can come visit--->
