The reason I don't type much is that the anger is gone and we are back to making our business grow. Fat Bob will get his, its comming! I would rather focus on the future with M&R and our new shop!

Rich Hoffman has been good to us and has gone over and above what he told us. I really encourage people to deal with M&R and do what ever you have to be able to talk to 244 and listen to his wealth of information and experience.

I BLEED BLUE!!!
I know full well. Now mind you my shop isn't as big as all of you cats, but I have never had to worry about if my press is going to do 100% what I ask it to. It works every time. We are printing more and more on it, in fact considering a bigger version of it already. 12-14 color would be nice!!!

After purchasing the Triloc and using it daily with the Printex I have discovered some serious flaws in the machine, simply stated there is far to much play and slop in a lot of areas on the machine. Not sure on other users of Printex but those cheap clamps used to hold the palette are all starting to break down and require a wrench more often than not to tighten a palette, working on some ideas on a replacement system.

Well looks like Barnes has struck again, I received a disturbing email from both his wife, daughter, significant other....Colleen, not sure who she is..... and then another from the king himself. WOW what a turd!

I purchased a press thru Garment Equipment auction and unbeknownst to me, mr barnes owns this company. Yes, I did not do my homework but I guess when the topic is not in the forefront of your mind, you don't ask too many questions.

Anyways, seems that barnes is up to his old tricks and refused to stand behind his word and contracts. I got a sub-par press that so far he refuses to warranty despite his contract that states specifically that they guarantee it will be in Good working condition.

My question to you all is, has anyone gone after him in court....if so what was the outcome?

Please share, I am thinking about going down this path.

Thanks!
