Wilcom ES-65 software issues

We have Wilcom ES-65 software. Lately occasionally the software has been acting up. It will open a file but when you select and piece the piece will jump diagonally and nothing else can be selected (color stops etc.) It's as if it is corrupt. Happens with all files. We then reinstall the software and it's fine. It's happened twice. We haven't changed our set up and it's been working fine before that for a long time.

Any ideas what is causing this????

hi, do you have a dongle? It may be loose... take it off and re-attach firmly. If not, well then that is another issue and your problem is in the software.
