60" Precision 8 Color Belt Printer

This is one of the last Precision Belt Printers ever made, this is the Ultimate Press for All Over printing on T-shirts. Huge 16' of in feed (this very important for accurate garment placement and wrinkle removal at high production speeds), 2-4 Color Print Heads, Reverse, Single Double and Triple index plus an Original Concord Natural Rubber Belt with no damage anywhere (these hold adhesive much better than PVC belts and clean up easier also). This is a low use machine and no finer example of these great presses exists.

Serial Number MBP60283350-4422-1, includes 8 - standard print squeegees and flood bars plus 4 - double index squeegee & flood bars. This machine is also great for Towels, Door Mats, Pillow Cases and Blankets. These are real money makers with the large in feed. This moves on a flat bed trailer with no special "Wide Load" placards or disassembly. The unit has wheels and rolls right on and off at dock height. Price is $39,000 loaded and warranted to perform 100% at set up. Leasing is available and we stock nearly every part for these units.

When large prints are the word in the fashion industry, owning this machine is like having a machine to print money. These do all over prints faster and easier than anything before or since.

The belt washer is (turbo washer with 3 brushes) is in very good to excellent condition.

The belt width is 60".

Overall length is right at 48' and will fit in a 48' High Cube.

Super reliable Hydraulic Belt Drive, Print Heads and Head Lifts. These machines are low maintenance and rugged, they are workhorses with common components that are available from local Hydraulic supply houses anywhere in the world.

This is one on of the very last Precision Belt Printers and it has had light use in it's life. This machine is good for millions of cycles.

Workable frame sizes vary, the maximum frame length (front to rear screen lock) is 67". The unit can print on single index 8 colors with a 33" repeat, it can double index 4 colors with an approximate repeat of 70" and it has triple index so it would do two color work with an approximate repeat of 110". This equates to about a 39" wide frame on single index, a 76" wide frame on double index and about 116" wide on triple index, smaller length frames could be used as the rear screen holder adjusts in towards the front...... confused yet?

After a second careful measurement, we came up with 51' total length. This will fit inside a 53' van/container in one piece ready to print upon arrival with only electrical connections required.
