I have an older version of Photoshop. I would love to be good with Photoshop but I just don't have the time and patience to learn it. I'm just wondering if you guys think it's worth upgrading to the latest version (CS2). Am I missing something if I choose not to upgrade?

Re: Is Adobe Photoshop CS2 worth it?
Welcome Candygirl :)
So I'm assuming you want to upgrade because you use Photoshop for business and not for hobby? If that's the case, I would upgrade if I were you. Not because of new features, but for manipulating Photoshop files (*.psd) generated in CS2 from your customers. You see, the latest version will have elements not supported by older versions of Photoshop. The last thing you need is to inform your customers that YOU are having technical difficulties.
You don't want to give people a reason to doubt your abilities. When this happens, they might just take their business elsewhere.

I recently updraded from version 6 lol. To me it is definately worth it! The Revolutionary Vanishing Point and Image Warp features are awesome to say the least!

I vote upgrade! Worth it for sure. The vanishing point feature is fantastic and fun to play with.

Photoshop CS2 is worth every penny. Nothing comes even close.
