Hello everyone! I am new to this forum but not to machine embroidery. I currently have a small home based embroidery business and I use a EMP 6 Machine. I would like to expand and thought that either of the above name machines would be great to use. Could someone please give me some good advice about these machines. I have not seen either of the machine in person but would love to. I do alot of design that have alot of different thread changes. Even though my 6 needle is great those thread changes can be a beast. Also for doing caps the EMP 6 will only do a 2 X 5 design. Talking about small. I want a machine that will do what I want to do without a whole bunch of limitations. I know that every machine has its limits! Please advise.
Re: Amaya XT or Happy Voyager 1201
I own and love my Amaya XT. I also have a multihead machine but the Amaya is much much easier to learn and train my people on. I have done full backs on Carhardt and Dickies jackets with no problem. Full 270 degree hats and the hat sew field on the Amaya is larger than the Voyager. Cant say enough about it.
Have a great day! :)
