contour cutter for heat tranfers

What is a next best cutter, after Roland/Graftec, so we can economicly contour cut heat transfers. Does the next best cutter have registration eye?

CRAFT ROBO PRO OF ZEN CUT FROM US CUTTERS. u can probably get cheaper cutters t work but manual registration
