If its the same Digitize4U run by Ed Levy then its been around a number of years. Ed runs a Pulse forum, training seminiars, sells embroidery fonts, offers digitizing services and business consulting. When I first started I had one design digitized by them. It came out fine. I have heard a lot of people comment on how much they enjoyed his seminars.

Jennifer, thanks for the feedback.

Do you know, is he a one man operation? Reason I ask, and this may be related to spring break this time of year, is the service time has been very sub par. My Barudan rep says he comes with great recommendations, but I am having my doubts at this point in time. :confused:
