1992 M&R Maxi-Cure conveyor dryer. Belt 36" wide, 6' of heat, 3' infeed, 3' outfeed. Belt in good condition no holes or rips. 208-240 volts ac wired for single phase now but can be switched back to three phase easily. Four heat panels, two zones (2 panels or 4), panels all work well. Clean, like new, all controls work.
Atlas exposure Unit: this has a new blanket and bulbs, 23x 31.
M&R Acoma 18 x 18 flash with foot pedal 2010 light use.
M&R Acoma 18 x 18 flash with foot pedal 2007.
Located in Delaware, buyer responsible for shipping, I can crate. This is surplus equipment and I need the room.

What amps does the maxi-cure pull on single phase?
Re: Dryer, exposure unit, 2 flashes for sale
If my math is right about 85a single phase.

For single phase this will get you close enough.. Total wattage divided by the voltage.

Re: Dryer, exposure unit, 2 flashes for sale
Glad you popped up. I calculated 3 phase kw from info on the name plate. 230 x 50 x 1.2(estimated pf) x 1.73/1000=23.87. Then 23.87 x 1000/230 x 1.2 (estimated pf)=85a.
I had to break out the Ugly's book to remember ohm's law, its been a while.
Close enough, didn't have watts.

Re: Dryer, exposure unit, 2 flashes for sale
I doubt you will ever see a PF of 1.2 because after 1 it starts going to the capacitive side. More likely a .85 at best.
If its name plate says 230v 3 phase, 50 amps then it would be close to 16000 watts.

Cool I figured high to be on the safe side. So it's actually closer to 70a

It makes buying so much easier when equipment has a price. No wasted emails or phone calls or time...
Re: Dryer, exposure unit, 2 flashes for sale
But making sarcastic post isn't a waste of time. Thanks for pushing me back to the top. If you need to ask how much you can't afford it. I would assume you would have a good idea the cost of a piece of equipment if your shopping around.

"I would assume you would have a good idea the cost of a piece of equipment if your shopping around" is a rather ignorant statement. Just because I can assume what it should cost doesn't mean I know what YOU are selling it for.
I'm looking for a second dryer, you had one for sale with no price listed, do you really think I'm the only one that was interested in the price?
If you are to lazy to list the price then no I certainly will not email you to get it. However yes I will take the time to make a sarcastic post. Get over it.
If your reply cannot contain the price then your reply is not needed. Stop getting offended so easily, there's really no reason for it.
Enjoy the bump. I'm sure its priced right. Hope you sell it soon.
