would I be able to start printing right away? is there anything missing that I would need to purchase? do you have ink or any other supplies included?

Yes, it is in good working order. It would also include two adult and one golf ball paten, manual, DVD, and any ink, and pre treatments I still have. I will also include the RIP program, but you may need to purchase a key from ColDesi for its operation, but the program is included.
