Experienced Production Manager/Screen Printer

Production manager/screen printer with 30 years of experience is looking for new job opportunity. I have 30 years of experience as a printer and 13 years as a production manager. I have worked with M&R equipment most of that time and am very well versed in their operations.
I am seeking a company that feels it needs streamlining as I know how to maximize production through eliminating waste and promoting teamwork. I have trained dozens of printers, some with no experience at all. I have knowledge of most, if not all, types of ink including plastisol, discharge/water based, nylon, poly and silicon.
