The machine sold to kcmexico was a consignment machine we took on. The buyer asked to see the machine running after buying it and putting down a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. We gave him the address where he went and saw the machine at work in the embroidery factory. After purchasing the machine from us, kcmexico purchased the machine from the owner directly who broke the consignment contract with Ultramaticwest. The owner of the machine owes kcmexico the $1,000.
Do not trust this buyer, he will go behind your back after making a deal!

this guy itsnt honest i never load machine he just keep my money tomorrow i put all mails he send ,,and he said he is going too return me my money but he isnt an honest people down you can see he also doo bad buisness he is not honest-

The question is --did you receive the machine--you put the deposit down on? If you did--the deposit is part of the payment and that is not refundable. If you did not receive the machine--was it made clear that the deposit was non refundable when you paid the deposit.

No i dont recive the machine ,,, beacuse when i send the deposit,, he said wait me untill i have the adress ,,, he doesnt has adress of the machine ,,, then he said i need 2 days too return you the money ,,,,in the emails i send to you,, he said in 2 days i send money back beacuse i dont have acces for that machines,, i said ok i send wire options he said he cant doo it i said ok i send an adress for an american compan then he stop recived calles when he hear my voice, he hannp the phone ,, know i went to usa fbi agency they said they start averiguation,, and searching here in mexico he doo same with a frien but he keeps there 35,000usd

Read all mails they he said too me no problem i send money back,,, but he never,,,and i request fbi agency beacuse a lawyer told me its cibernetic fraud ,,and they also requires me show all papers i have i give it too fbi and nothing happened ye i hope soon takes this guy
