My name is David R I've been in the screen printing industry for over 20 years. I've printed on almost every machine in production Precision,M&R,MHM,Progressive & looking forward to my new 16 color Mustang.
Re: Hello everyone.
Welcome to the forum. It is always great to have experienced printers. I have one question for you . . . Does this sound familiar? "Hey David, do me a favor. I am really get beaten up over there on Digitsmith. I think it would be a good time for you to get on and intro yourself. Mention your new Mustang. It will be great!"
Seriously, Robert?!! Like clock work!

Re: Hello everyone.
@middletownink - That's interesting, but no. My introducing myself here was all my own doing. I thought maybe I could contribute something to this forum. You shouldn't feel threatened by someone that runs different machinery. Seriously, it sends a ridiculous message to new comers that are trying to be a part of this community.
Re: Hello everyone.
David ... middletownink are good folks ... there has been a lot of miscommunication going around on the industry forums ... please accept my apology as my online antics of the past have created a lot of this turmoil ... please also visit SPOF ( boards.screenprintersopen.com ) were you can find me posting in the Equipment Section
We are excited that you have come over to DigitSmith to tell your story -and- don't flee because of the craziness on the forums ... hang in there as there are plenty of people in out industry that want to hear about your new Mustang :-)
Re: Hello everyone.
David - In all fairness I did welcome you to the boards and mention how great your experience would be!! Please accept my apology for my snarky question. Initially your post was suspect, but you have said that your becoming a member was of your own will, so I am sorry. With 20+ years I am sure you can teach all of us a thing or two.
Let me be very clear, I NEVER feel threatened by any one, due to their choice of machinery. I believe that we are all contributing members to this tight knit industry. I value each and every insight on all aspects of the business. Just sayin!

Re: Hello everyone.
See David ... middletownink = Good Peeps
Now let's talk machines ... David what features on the Mustang swayed you over the other brands you have used over the years ;-) LOL
Re: Hello everyone.
He asked me to do the same. Jeff

Re: Hello everyone.
What did I tell you Robert... you are so tainted that you screw up good people's ability to communicate on forums.
Ted can't post on Rodney's forum about his press because it looks like antics from you. How is that fair to those guys. You claim all day long that it's due to Rich, but it's not. Rodney just wants the guidelines of his forum followed. Just like I did here when we first butted heads.
Long row to hoe.
"you don't need a hook for the worms to dance."
Re: Hello everyone.
Agreed ... there is a looooooong row to hoe -but- we will keep posting good content like my YouTube videos ( YouTube.com/SpiderMachines ) -and- extremely positive posts on SPOF ( boards.screenprintersopen.com ) ... over time things will work themselves out ... as for Ted's Mustang ... WOW ... what an amazing machine :-)
Re: Hello everyone.
You ruin Preston's site and someone starts the tshirt boards and now you want to buid it up on a positive note. Preston WTF
Re: Hello everyone.
David you should really consider joining http://theshirtboard.com it is a fantastic industry forum with all the heavy weights participating on all levels and best of all it is polite with zero drama period!
Re: Hello everyone.
Would David be allowed to post pics/vids of his new 16 color Mustang over -or- is it still forbidden ... censorship S U C K S !!!
Re: Hello everyone.
I am not one of the three amigos but I doubt they have anything against mustang. Nor would they have any issue what so ever with David. As you know it is you and only you that is not wanted there Brian is a member and he is not censored why would Dave be?
Re: Hello everyone.
Robert you know good and well and admit that the entire problem with TSB and their censorship (or any website) is YOU. Why do you try and act like you are the victim now?
If I built a new auto tomorrow and started posting about it I bet I'd experience NONE of the problems you have experienced in the way of these forums.
"you don't need a hook for the worms to dance."
Re: Hello everyone.
Let's put this theory to the test ... We shall see if David is allowed to post pics/vids of his 16 color Mustang during the install ???
Re: Hello everyone.
Let's? What do you mean let's there is no you in let's. For some one that supposedly had nothing to do with Dave's post you are seriously concerned about him and his ability to post some where that has nothing to do with you. See what happened I gave Dave a tip on another good site to check out and already you turned the drama volume up. Why don't you let Dave worry about him self and where he can or can't post anything.
Re: Hello everyone.
Also ... The "let's" in the conversation would imply that since "I" -and- David will be there during the install ... No drama from me ... I just find it strange the if someone posts the word Mustang it gets filtered to Horse ... Don't you think that is weird :-?
Re: Hello everyone.
I'm sure he can post pictures and videos he makes, doubt he will be able to post the videos you make for self promotion........
There is a drastic difference between a shop owner showing off his press and a press salesman posting slef promo...
I know it's hard to believe but people can make videos and pictures real easy today, they don't need any help. Phones are even capable of it.

Re: Hello everyone.
Robert... again, YOU are tainted to the point that anyone that touches you is tainted.
It has nothing to do with hating on X,Y or Z... just not letting the drama machine that is Robert Barnes.
If he bought an Anatol or an RPM I bet he could post all day long with no thoughts of "oh here is some more RWB BS".
I'll put it this way... David, and probably no one else has any ill feelings towards you as a person... but like Obama being friends with Bill Ayers... it has caused him grief. Justified or not... Bill Ayers was a tainted person to be associated with in this political climate.
So, now you have dealt with Robert you are stuck with the stench that is Robert Barnes.
Robert can vouch that I'm completely neutral now that he's finally met me... so I speak only the truth. This is not any premeditated hate on RWB... it's the bed he's made and now you are laying in it with him. That is the price you pay for that discount you got. Be glad that business wise you don't need these forums and there for it's still a great discount and a great press... but you have to go into the witness protection program now. ;)

Re: Hello everyone.
"the stench that is Robert Barnes" doesn't sound very neutral ... Does it ???
Re: Hello everyone.
Thanks for everyone that has welcomed me here. No hard feelings about previous post. I came on here to introduce myself and contribute help from my experience on all machines, as well as benefit from others experience. I know this could be a great resource for me. I do not wish to participate in personal BS! Robert, you posting on this thread has dragged me into personal issues that you have with other people. That's not what I'm here for. Please, everyone take your arguments somewhere else.
Re: Hello everyone.
BECAREFUL THIS IS ROBERT'S HOOK TO DRAG YOU TO THE BOTTOM. Soon you will be taught to hate the blue team and 244. That's about the 4th lesson in a couple of conversations more.
Re: Hello everyone.
So are you saying that if a person says that Hitler has a bad way about him, that they must not be "neutral"?
Just because someone doesn't agree with your methods or tactics doesn't mean that they are biased or jaded.
If you say a penguin can't fly does that make you a jerk to the poor penguin that can't fly?
Facts are facts... own them or they will own you.
"you don't need a hook for the worms to dance."
Re: Hello everyone.
So RWB is Hitler -or- one of his penguin Army recruits ???
Re: Hello everyone.
That sounds just like you... connect dots that aren't even there.
Remember when you called me earlier right... well, you are sucking it up at "turning over a new leaf" right now.
They were analogies, they weren't even put out there for you because you know EXACTLY what I meant... it was meant towards all the people that you try to manipulate with your ridiculous post.
You wanted me to be a moderator of SPOF because I was "neutral"... but now you say I'm not neutral when YOU are f'ing up and looking like a jack@ss on the forums.
*sigh*, guess you like that bed you made huh?
"you don't need a hook for the worms to dance."
Re: Hello everyone.
Gilligan ... I think you would be an awwwwwesome choice for an SPOF mod ... Preston told me you GFY'd him in a PM -but- Preston is a great guy ... so a simple apology would go a long way ... let me know if you'd like to be a mod ... I could put a good word in for ya ... BTW ... you should have spent more time with Preston the other day when we were at Ted's ... you could learn a lot from the man ... Preston = Good Peeps !!!
Re: Hello everyone.
I'm good just where I am Robert.
Wasn't my choice to not have more "preston time" though, given our history, I'm not really complaining. I got there, he left.
BTW, If you don't mind... please don't ever vouch for me on a public forum like you are doing everyone else. ;)
"you don't need a hook for the worms to dance."
Re: Hello everyone.
RWB is always willing to offer support ...
