All these sites will let you upload the image you have shown us, and will give you results of same and similar fonts.

Actually the image he posted will not work for many reasons on any of those sites.

Any font identification software requires the letters to be orientated correctly, separated completely and most preferably monochromatic. i.e. one color back ground another contrasting color for the letters.

Even then I feel the two popular font identification sites are fooling everyone, 99% of the time they will only display pay for commercial fonts.
