Reduced! M&R 10/12 Challenger Jumbo Revolver Auto - Completely Rebuilt in 2019 - All of our equipment is very clean because we use water based inks and don't spray adhesives. We sold our apparel retail business and they didn't need our equipment, so I'm selling off the equipment. I'm not interested in growing out our screen printing operation because I have another business I'm currently working toward. We were not a contract printing shop, so our equipment was used relatively lightly. Also we did exclusively water based ink and no spray adhesives, so our equipment is exceptionally clean.We just finished the complete refurbishing of this machine on October, so it's barely been used.

- Oversized Prints up to 28-30” – Everything you need to start printing oversized prints.
- Complete sets of M&R (12) 20”x30” Pallet, (10) 21” winged flood bars, (10) 18”& 20”squeegees, (24) clamps, etc. (These alone would be over $5500 new)
- Over $8000 in brand new parts alone in the complete tear-down rebuild, not including labor
- Band New Stroke/Squeegee/Flood Valve Block Units ($3000 for valves alone, not including install)
- Brand New Screen Lock Valve Assembly ($800 for valves, not including install)-
- Tol-o-matic 41' stroke cylinders in all heads - 3 new and the other 7 have just been rebuilt. New Tol-o-matic 41" cylinders are $800 new and rebuild kits are $100 each. That's $3100 in new and rebuilt stroke cylinders, not including installation and re-kitting.
- On the squeegee/flood cylinders 18 of 40 chopper cylinders are new and the others are leak free. That's $450 for the 18 new chopper cylinders, not including installation.
- Every Print & Flood controller is new or rebuilt with all new O-ring kits
- Every screen lock down controller and screen lock cylinder is rebuilt with new O-ring kits or replaced by new.
- New Regulator and Oiler unit
- Mostly all new tubing and tubing connectors – pretty much leak free
- Newer up graded Lift Cylinders, Schrader/Bellows Index Cylinder and new Index regulator
- Requires 23cfm and single-phase 110v power
- Configured for No-shirt Detector, but not currently in use
- Includes manuals, tons of spare parts, including the old replaced valve block assemblies, which can be rebuilt for a fraction of the new cost and many other extras.
You won’t find a cleaner M&R Challenger Jumbo Auto than this one. This reliable M&R press is primed for many more years of trouble free service. Lightly used and less than 2000 prints since the complete rebuild and only 370,220 in its lifetime.
