D-amn dryer is giving me h-ell. Last piece of the puzzle to get this auto running. I replaced a lot of bad fuses. I now can get power to the heat panels, and the exhaust motor. And I've got a LITTLE bit of current flowing down to the conveyor motor, but not enough to turn the thing. I ordered a new DC control module that will be here in the morning (found the greatest place for parts help on old Maxi-cure's http://www.aero-inc.com/maxicure.html) Any thoughts on whether you think that will work or not? I've got to have this bad boy up and running by Friday....

Re: M&R maxi-cure dryer help
Hey Varsity, I have a control panel from one of those, it's complete with a fairly new temp controller. It has all the relays and everything in it. I also have 4 or 5 60" heat panels.

Re: M&R maxi-cure dryer help
Hey Brad, I already got a new DC controller, and everything is working fine, just not the digital belt speed readout. No big deal though. How much for panels, I have one out that I know of and one that seems like it's not quite putting out enough heat, but I should have enough to cure shirts...

Re: M&R maxi-cure dryer help
I'd let them go for $100 each, plus shipping. I am just north of Atlanta though, so pickup might be a better option if you are up this way.
My belt speed readout works(or at least it did until I tore apart the oven.
Re: M&R maxi-cure dryer help
Also, I was told that every DC contoller needs to be calibrated prior to installation. Any idea how to do this or where to take it to do this?
