Steve,

The printer was bought bought 2 years ago and was never used and no ink has ever been run through it. We are including a fresh batch of Sawgrass sublimation ink and refillable cartridges. The heat is brand new in the crate and we are actually the manufacturer of the large format heat press. Let me know if you have any further questions.
