Pantogram Forte PD

I am just getting into the embroider thing. Does anyone know anything about Pantogram's FortePD digitizing software?

I have used this software in a shop i worked in - It was great. very easy, cool auto digitizer built into in. I have used lots of software - one of my favorites. Plus i was able to track all orders and use it as a job database.

Also, i got to go to the training even though i wasn't the purchaser of the machine. Top notch

Hi,
I just purchased Forte PD but I am having hard time using the auto digitizing part of it. When I want to import Jpeg or Bidmap file, it gives me error, saying failed importing the artwork. I visited the software website which is http://www.drawstitch.com/converter/ but it absoletely teaches me nothing to use the software.
Can you please tell me how to use the software? or use the auto digitizing with this software?
