We are looking for an experienced production manager in our shop in Tennessee. Cost of living here is some of the lowest in America. Not to mention fantastic weather and gorgeous surroundings. We are only a few minutes from the entrace to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
We run M&R equipment and you should well versed in their operation.
MUST be able to manage people and work with scheduling to maximize success. We are 26 years old, fast paced and still growing. We need someone who is a problem solver. Pay will be commensurate with experience. Bonus plan for management.
What we do not need---
1. Someone who is an artist or wants to be a graphic designer. This is production management only.
2. Someone without experience. We will train in our system, but not in screen printing or management. Come prepared.
