Production Manager Head Screen Printer

Well established screen printing company needs a Production Manager.
Must have managerial experience in all stages of production. We are looking for someone who is motivated, positive and has great attention to detail. Someone who can take our shop to the next level.

Responsibilities include Overseeing:
Providing coaching and direction to the Production team to take action to achieve operational and capacity goals.

Schedule and prepare all work for Production Team. Work Closely with Preproduction and Art Staff to insure smooth transition to press.

Very detailed with proofing all printed work, and great attention to quality control

Work in fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
Handle all daily scheduling of orders.
