Production Manager needed

Looking for full time hands-on production manager with water base printing experience. preferably with the new water base inks. (Magna, Virus, Matsui, etc). Not looking for a scheduler, or an estimator. Those positions are filled already. Need someone experienced on printing these inks that can train others to do so correctly. Top pay, possible paid relocation, and company car.
