SWF Jump Solenoid Problem

I have a 601-c SWF that the newly replaced jump solenoid stays extended all the time now, so color changing is an issue. The machine also has a new upper joint board. SWF and 2 other techs told us that the joint board and a new solenoid would solve the problem, but it has not. Any advice would be great.

I am using swf since 2000 and have 6 right now.
I never have a upper joint board and solenoid problem.
Most of a problem was a contol box (My case)
When I had a problem i switched cables , I/O board , CPU board , main board , power board etc....
If you have only 1 , It is not easy to find a problem. Do not spend a money anymore.
Just send a control box to SWF fullerton branch office (CA).
